Chase Mattioli & APS, Making Charging a Science

Saturday February 6, 2010

LONG POND, PA…..Chase Mattioli will start today’s ARCA Lucas Oil Slick Mist 200 from 30th starting position, and with the support of Advanced Payment Services, a company that knows all about “charging” wants to be in position with 10 lap to go to do just that…. CHARGE!!! Advanced Payment Services, provider of credit and debit card processing services, will be with Mattioli at Daytona and the rest of the 2010 season.

“Our #14 Big Machine Records / Big Green Egg Ford should be great in the draft today. We knew that with our race set up it was not going to win the pole in time trails yesterday, so we did not press the issue and saved the car. At Daytona the goal is to survive and be in contention for the last 10 laps and then to mount a charge,” Mattioli commented.

“In this business you surround yourself with people that you can build a future with. Chase has incredible potential both on and off the track and Advanced Payment Services is thrilled continue our association with him for our 2nd season” said CEO David Marmurek. “We believe that our customer focused approach to business fits well with Chase and his growing fan base, “Marmurek concluded.

APS provides credit card processing services to merchants ranging from small businesses to large multi-location businesses. APS is no stranger in the Motorsports community with participation in ARCA, NHRA, and NASCAR Nationwide Series, with other APS affiliated drivers including Steve Wallace and Ryan Newman.

A good run for Mattioli at Daytona could mean big money for Clearbrook Treatment Centers, providers of effective treatment programs for adults and adolescents who suffer from alcoholism and/or chemical dependency. If Mattioli finishes in 15th or higher, Clearbook will receive $25,000, with $250,000 coming their way if he wins. Both contributions are funded by insurance annuities, secured through one of the international leaders in creative insurance solutions, Massachusetts based HCC Specialty Underwriters, www.hccsu.com.

The Lucas Oil Slick Mist 200 at Daytona (80 laps / 200 miles) is the first of 20 events on the 2010 ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards schedule. The event will take the green flag on Saturday, February 6 shortly after 4:30 p.m. The race will be televised live on SPEED with additional race coverage including live timing and scoring and radio broadcast through the ARCA Racing Network (ARN) online at arcaracing.com. All times are local.
