MotorsportsRetro.com to sponsor Herd at Daytona
Sunday February 7, 2010
MotorsportsRetro.com, the world’s largest internet shopping site for retro racing apparel, has joined Herd Racing as primary sponsor of the team’s #75 entry in the Drive4COPD 300 at Daytona International Speedway next weekend, the team and sponsor announced February 4.
MotorsportsRetro.com, based in Cincinnati, OH, will also become the official provider of team clothing and will create a line of Herd Racing apparel which fans can purchase online through the company.
J.D. Leedy, president of MotorsportsRetro.com, said his company is happy to become part of the Herd Racing program and market its products through the team and it’s driver, Brett Rowe.
“Herd Racing and Brett Rowe exemplify the credibility and professionalism that we were looking for,” Leedy said. “We are looking forward to kicking off our vintage and retro race apparel line as a partner of Herd Racing.”
Fans can order apparel featuring vintage and defunct racing logos from the past by contacting the company online at www.motorsportsretro.com.
Joining MotorsportsRetro.com as associate sponsors of the #75 Herd Racing entry at Daytona are Imperial Bedding Company (www.imperialbedding.com), the Halifax Humane Society (www.halifaxhumanesociety.org)
