ASALMS South Begins new season at Bronson

On the Road and heading to the Sunshine State; The ASA Late Model Series Southern Division ready to begin their 2007 season.

Lexington, Michigan (03/15/2007): The 2007 Season for the ASA Late Model Series Presented by GM Performance Parts Southern Division is here! The first event for the ASALMS Southern Division is set as Crews, Drivers, Fans, Officials, and Teams are now on the road and heading down to the Sunshine State to begin their 2007 campaign.

The cars and stars of the ASALMS Southern Division will open their 2007 season for the second year in a row at the fast 0.333 Mile High-Banked paved oval of the Bronson (FL) Motor Speedway, located West of Gainesville, in Bronson, Florida on for the running of the Camp Boggy Creek 100 Presented by Pennzoil, Dalton Zehr Racing, and FLF Racecars.

Festivities get under way on Friday March 16, 2007 with a full day of Safety and Tech Inspection as well as Photo Sessions and plenty of opportunity to get acclimated to the fast 0.333 Mile High-Banked Paved Oval with ample amounts of continuous Practice in preparation for the 2007 Season Opener.

Then on Saturday March 17, 2007 the 2007 season begins for the ASALMS Southern Division with the Camp Boggy Creek 100 Presented by Pennzoil, Dalton Zehr Racing, and FLF Racecars; Complete with Practice, Qualifying, a 25-Lap GM Performance Parts Shootout, and the evening will be highlighted by the 100-lap Feature. In addition, a full night of regular racing action for the Bronson Weekly Divisions of Limited Sportsmen, Hobby Stocks, and Thunder Stocks will also be on tap.
