This post is from the web site:  "Most of you know me as Hal, driver of the #04 Box Stock. I am taking possession of Putnam County Speedway Park. Plans are in motion to race the first time on April 21st. Race times, and classes for that night will be announced shortly.
On April 7th, I will be in the office from 9:00 to 5:00 to meet and greet all your track personnel. Anyone who might like to drop in to say hello, and get acquainted may do so on that day as well. I will answer questions that I can, keeping in mind some things are a work still in progress. So, I ask for your patience while we get all things up and running.
I may be in and out of the office the first few days with much to do. However, Elizabeth Willard is on board as Office Manager, and Tonya Lewis as secretary. These ladies will be happy to take your calls and answer questions. The phone number will remain the same: 386-649-5210.
Watch the Web site at www.putnamcountyspeedway.com, as well as post on the forum, regarding the time and dates for driver meeting, schedules etc.
I am looking forward to meeting all of you, and a great season of racing at Putnam County Speedway Park. " Grin Grin Grin

Talked to Hal yesterday and he hired me as the race director.  Guess I'll have to brushup on my rules about rough driving.  This track is clay and veryone knows that bumping on clay is part of racing.
