I was just watching Busch qualifying on Speed and they said Dale Jr said that he wishes people wouldn't throw anything, but if they are going to throw something throw toilet paper. I just wonder what statement will do to the fans going to Talladega this weekend. I'm sure it will be interesting!

He can't say or do a lot about what his fans do, really.  After all, he is sponsored by the largest brewing company in the world.  Fact is, they control about half of all beer sales in the US.  Funny thing about beer.  You drink it, you get drunk.  You get drunk, you lose inhibitions.  You lose inhibitions, you do things you would not normally do, like throw full cans of beer at moving vehicles just because you don't care for the driver.  These oafs are willing to injure drivers they don't care for, just because that driver doesn't have a 8 on the side of his car.

I can't imagine them actually throwing toilet paper.  Can you imagine trying to clean that up if it gets all wet?  At least it isn't very aero, so it won't fly far.

I'm willing to bet that every bathroom at dega will be stripped clean of toilet paper this weekend after that statement.

Dale jr's words carry a massive amount of weight, and IMO fans will throw TP now just to throw it, even when not angry or drunk.

I hope no one needs to wipe Sunday cause all the TP will be in the stands... Smiley

I'm looking forward to seeing that myself, should be quite amusing..

But i do agree with him, if your gonna be stupid and throw something on the track, atleast throw something that won't hurt anyone.

W O A H  N E L L Y!!!

If Jr.'s suggestion comes to pass, what will The Brian fine HIM for?
Will Dale's muzzle be red and have the number 8 on it?
Will The Brian ask his friends in China how many tanks he'll need to quell the assembly? Maybe shoot a few fans?
Fix bayonets boys, the thought police are on the march. Jack booted thugs.

I have a suggestion ------ instead of selling T-shirts and hats, start selling muzzles to the fans. And ear plugs and rose colored glasses. Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil. Welcome to The Brian's world. Hail! Give 'em away for free!

Big sign as fans exit the tracks:
DO NOT SPEAK OF ANYTHING YOU SAW AT THIS RACE!

The TRUTH?!
You can't handle the TRUTH!  Angry
