I thought this way everyone could give their opinion on where Dale.Jr will end up.

Me personally, I think he will go to RCR.

I just watched the message from Jr to his fans on his website and it was sad Sad I think he may be worried about how people will support him now. I just wonder what kind of comments are going to come from that loudmouth Jimmy Spencer's mouth this weekend.

His decision was based on the success of his future career......how could anyone not support that?

I agree but you know there will be some who do NOT support his decision. I'm sure there are fans that think he should have stayed with DEI because his father built it for him. I just hope people don't start saying his father would be disappointed in him because I doubt Dale Sr thought Teresa would act this way.

If DE built DEI for Jr, as you say,  why didn't he leave it to Jr in a will?  This is BS with everyone making Teresa out the villian.  How did Teresa wind up with DEI if DE wanted it to go to Jr?  If there wasn't a will, Teresa wouldn't be at the helm of DEI, now would she?

Most certainly the courts would have decided how much each person would get.  Do you think without a will that the youngins would let Teresa get complete control?

But there may be something in Dale's will say that the kids would get a certain percentage once Teresa passes away...in the future.

Hmmmmmmmm
Good point.

Perhaps with more business experience under Teresa's diamond studded belt, she easily flim-flammed the youngins?
And, perhaps, not everything was spelled out because Dale trusted his wife to do the right thing?

I find it hard to imagine THIS is the way Mr. Dale wanted things to turn out.

Maybe so, but Teresa is not deceased as of yet.

WoW!
"Once Teresa passes away" ---- could be 40 years from now.
At the rate things seem to be going, what will be left of D.E.I. by then?
Dale Jr. would be long retired. And he said he was concerned with taking care of his family in the coming years. I doubt LillE will want to wait until Teresa assumes room temperature to realize his dad's dream.

IMO, Big Dale is rolling over in his grave right about now.

LillE also mentioned his mother, and how he was concerned about her future. I get the feeling Teresa couldn't care less, leaving that task to Jr.
Family friction?

And I wonder why Kerry waited until his father's death to add "Dale" to his name? Seems now we have Dale, and his OTHER brother, Dale. Could Teresa put Kerry in the #8 and paint "Dale Earnhardt" above the driver, on the roof?
Hmmmmmmmmmm

She did the  right thing, she controls DEI because DE gave it to her.

I find it hard to imagine THIS is the way Mr. Dale wanted things to turn out.

I doubt it too.  I believe DE would be kicking Jr's butt all over the place for Jr thinking he was so high and mighty.

Interesting perspective.

Can you expound?
