Buddy of mine that we compete against in the "Legends" series had a serious accident last week.
He got together on the front straight with another car,.. and rolled his car about 6 times.
Car completely come apart, and he received some serious injuries to his hands.
Surgery is scheduled for this week... not sure he will get full use of them again... and also not sure if that is the extent of his injuries.

In any event I'd like for you all to remember him and his family in your prayers.  He's a great guy, and clean racer.
Here's a link with some pics of the wreck.

Man Chris... Embarrassed
He is definetely in our thoughts and prayers. PLEASE keep us informed if you would.

I honestly dont mean to offend anyone here but, this is a perfect example of why guys should use those arm restraint straps that keep your arms from going up so high.

They will all be in our prayers (Ikes...no gloves, no arm restraints?)...And if you'll all have me in yours it will be fully appreciated...I'll be 49 in about 2 hrs. and I'll need them to just make it another year to see 50. Wink Roll Eyes Grin

I think ALL of us need to keep EACH OTHER in our prayers...
Not for anything special,.. but just for dealing with day to day life.
There's so much 'mean-ness' in the world these days, and then sickness, and also we all travel.
I'd pray we'd be watched over in just our day to day lives.
Bless all of my special friends here at FS>   Smiley

UPDATE
On my buddy from the"Legends" series (from above)
He seems to be generally OK.
Had surgery on his hands, and will need a many months recovery time and physical therapy on his left hand.  He's not sure if he will return to racing.

Thank God it wasn't any worse then it was.
