Denny Hamlins pit crew changes

I'm a bit peeved that he talked so much crap about his pit crews one mistake last week, that they feel it cost him the race.
While  I'll agree Denny should have won that race, and the pit cost him that, Denny should also have won the previous race if Denny himself hadn't sped on Pit road and got a penalty.

Did his pit crew whine and bitch on camera about it? NO.
Did they replace the driver no (OFC not) so why again the the pit crew take the fall for a mistake which was just as costly and Denny's and suffer a much stiffer penalty.

I say Denny just shut up and drive, you are given awesome cars you are a great driver, the pit crews will win you races and will lose you races.

Just remember the good when the bad happens, that short term memory isn't going to win you any friends.

The better bet would have been to work with the team to get past the errors.  It's not like Denny was completely innocent in it all...this week he was, but like you said he cost himself a race by speeding on pit road not too long ago.

Sometimes changes do need to be made, but not like that.  But Hamlin pretty much put a dagger in his team chemistry.
