THOUGHT FOR THE DAY . . .

When I go to casinos, the most ridiculous sign I see is the one that says:
"If you have a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER."

So, I call them and say,
"I have an ace and a six. The dealer has a seven. What do I do?"

I think the announcers said it best... Well thats what happens when you race for a million bucks.

Also I agree that Kurt Busch has matured GREATLY since going to Penske Racing.  He was most gracious in his interview.

Just read an article on Nascar.com that Gustafson (Kyles CC) is blaming Kurt for the wreck.
He's got to be a blind idiot as well.
The both need to stop eating those Kellogs, is messing with their heads.

My eldest daughter and I were right there.  We decided late to make an expedition to Charlotte and ended up on the front row of the South Grandstand, in between 1 & 2.  I was changing channels on the scanner and didn't see who did wrong.  But I sure as heck got a real front-row seat for the melee.  We felt the heat from the car.  That was a hard hit for the 5.

OK, my 2 cents on this (and I can't STAND the Bucsh brothers)  but WANTING someone to crash is just ... I'm guessing you never saw a fatal crash in person, because safe as these cars are, that's still reality.  I sure wouldn't want to have to live with myself for hoping it happened.  Hoping for bad luck is one thing, hoping for a situation in which someone could get seriously hurt is another.

Is Gustafson blind?  I mean really is he?  He said Kurt was struggling to get by the 31, and he really wasn't. Kyle made a stupid move going on the low side of Kurt rather than waiting for another quarter to half a lap.  And what's the crap about Kyle saying he wanted to kick his brother's butt on the radio and then not having the .... to back it up??  Roll Eyes

I was not saying I wanted anybody to get hurt i just said if it had been jeff and jimmy it would have been even better then the two Busch brothers. but if it ever does happen I will pray no one gets hurt but still enjoy the two chosen ones of nascar taking each other out. ps I also race at the local race track and yes I have seen some bad wrecks thats the risk we take for a sport we love [we have to sign a waver at the pit gate}
