The teams that are at the top of the sport are professionals, they do what it takes to win.  That's why they are at the top of the standings. Not because of when they go through tech inspection and not because of the way the series holds qualifying.  Winners do what it takes to win.  

Then they shouldn't complain if they're made to qualify on time like everyone else. No one should get a free pass into a race. And "winners" shouldn't mind having to race their way in...unless they're afraid they might not make it. Which they are.
