It doesnt look real good for the 500 right now.
Sat 50% chance of rain and T storms low 80's
Sat nite 40% chance of rain and T storms lows in the low 60's
Sun Showers and Tstorms likely. Highs upper 70's Chance of rain 60%
Mem. Day. Mostly sunny , upper 70's
Its been VERY hot the last 2 days with 92 yesterday and VERY humid and there is a front coming thru. 60% is not good when forecast 3 days out. Its prolly gonna go up as we get closer to then . At least Monday looks great. It wouldnt surprise me to see a Monday 500 race with this forecast.
Justa heads up.

Not much changed except that the chance of rain and t storms for today is now 70% this afternoon, and 50% for tonight.
There is scatttered rain and T storms on the local radar now, heavier to the west of Indy and geting to Indy within about 3 hour and going back at least 6-8 or more hours from all the way thru ILwest til ctl. MO.and is getting a bit bigger as it rolls north-east towards Indy....soo....we'll jut have to see what happens. At any rate it'll be a grey 500 at the very least.
It's not looking vey promising at ths point IMO.

Bummer...
I was looking forward to INDY,.. and it filling my day going toward Lowes.
INDY always gets me pumped up for the 600...
And "Back Home Again In Indiana" almost always brings a tear to my eye every year... no one sings it like ol Jim

Just checking the radar for INDY...
Looks like there is a pretty good shower moving toward INDY,... but if it continues on its present course should pass NOTH of the track, and not pose a problem.
Other than that it is clear back past St. Louis... so maybe they can get the full 500 miles in.

well we're at 1/2 way...
shower has popped up from no where... has LOTS of red and yellow in it
looks like it's headed for the track... I say if it rains the race will be done.
Andretti Green is running 1-2-3 right now.
Marco First, and Danica 3rd.
If one of those two wins I'll be happy.....
Rain is said to be 10 minutes away....
