JGR might be a Good place for him to go but there isn't even an open spot there and if there was then I think they would put their Developmental driver in it. JGR isn't going to start up a whole NEW team for Kyle.

Some might say that Kyle is young enough to become their Developmental driver so to speak but you have to think about Contracts lol.

In light of being out of a HMS ride next season, do y'all reckon it'll affect Schrub's performance for the remainder of this season?

Mark Martin is said to be an excellent mentor, and I agree. Do y'all think Mark would be up to the task of calming Kyle down and turning him into the driver he has the potential to be? Or, would Mark throw his arms up, screeming "I give UP"?

I can see how Mark would be good at it but why would he want to take on such a monumental chore at this stage in his life?  What does he have left to prove?  If he wanted more hassle he would just add races and try making the chase.  Besides all of that, he has a son coming up.  If he is going to help someone I would think it would be him to be a good driver and human being.

IMO Kyle's performance has been going one way and that is down so hearing he doesn't have a ride will probably make his performance even worse.

There is ONE thing Kyle has going for him that ALOT of Unemployed drivers don't have, And that's his AGE. We see drivers like R.Rudd and W.Burton who leave the sport and have trouble when they try to come back and it's mostly because of their age. Sure their past performance has a little to do with it but age is usually the reason.
