1995 brickyard 400

Hi everyone does anyone remember this race this was the 2nd brickyard 400 that's the day where it looked like the race might get rained out it rianed most of the day.

Fortuanately it stopped and they were able to dry the track.

It did not stop raining until after 3 p.m.

Fortuanately they only had 1 caution during the running of this race and they were able to get it in before darkness.

If there had been a bunch of cautions there's no way they could have ran full distance.

Dale earnhardt won the race.

I remember listening to it on radio because ABC cut away because they thought it would be rained out. It was shown on ESPN the next day on tape.


Other than that, I don't remember much about it.

I was at that race and I remember sitting under the stands in my cousins van for hours just watching it rain and listening to the radio interviews. All of the sudden the rain stopped first and then here came the sun but we didn't think they would get the track dried in time but they did. I will say that once the sun did come out it was VERY HOT and Humid lol.
