Is there a glitch?  The segment 3 standings are still as of Dover.

Cami has them taken care of now...standings are now as of Kansas:  http://www.frontstretch.com/gotgame/segment3standings.htm

Well, I fell back 8 spots to the 14th position.  However, I'm hoping a few of those top 13 guys took Earnhardt Jr. for the 'Dega race.  I had Kurt Busch for Talladega and he brought it home in 7th.  Was really hoping for a Penske 1 - 2 finish.
Hopefully this will bump me up some this week.

Chris, looks like Kyle Busch is gonna sting you this week with his 36th place finish.  Ouch!  Cry

- EDIT

Just looking at it and it doesn't look like hardly anyone took Jr. for the Dega race.  I'm surprised.

Yeah.. I'm 48th and headed down fast... took a bath this week and last.
In the GoT I got hammered also.  Had Johnson (thats ok)... but then I had Wallace (19th)... the rest sucked. Reutimann, Ragan, Jr
Headed down there also.  Not gonna make the top 10 at this rate.

Expect to drop 1 or 2 positions this week.  I got a 2nd and 9th and 3 DNF's.

The Great Choker is dropping like a rock.

Better straighten up Sunkist or you will be heading to the rubber room.  We couldn't pick Jr for dega, he's not in the chase.

SJG, how in the world can I pull away from you in the Chase Challenge if you pick the same drivers for Talladega and Lowes that I picked?  You're really making this difficult for me.   Cheesy  I had a decent finish with Kurt Busch, but I still lost one spot down to 66th.  Undecided

Oh well, at least I didn't have that other Busch like someone.  OUCH!  He really hurt!

I'm nervous for the GOT results to be updated.

Are the results not automated for the GOT?

I notice the "This Weeks Scores" are listed as Kansas.
Same thing for "Segment Three Standings", "This Weeks Drivers Scores", and others.

Note, I realize this very well may be mostly a manual process and I'm not complaining.  I'm just pointing it out in case there is a glitch.

yeah... at the start of the season they were ALWAYS posted by Monday... sometimes even Sunday night.  If it was Tuesday when it got up it was 'late' for the staff......
Last week it was Thursday before it gt done,.... and now this week it is after lunch on Friday and still it shows Kansas (week behind)
Tomorrow is the race at Lowes.... if it don't get done today.... the Dega race won't get posted at all...
hhuuummmm

The results are not automated.  Cami has to gather them and get them posted.  She has been very sick for the last couple weeks.  I'm sure that's why it's behind right now.  Shoot...she's not even been writing her columns this week.

Thanks KBF.  I didn't think it was automated, but since the one recent week where everything except for the segment 3 standings were done, I thought it just might be a problem somewhere.

Like Chris, I administer my own fantasy pool.  It does take a lot of work and time to update it and keep it running each week.  Which is why I said, "I'm not complaining."  Hope you feel well soon Cami.... no worries!

Same here Cami...
I'm like Sunkist... do all the handi work for my own race pool... so I know how much work it takes.
Hope you get to feeling better soon....
...
and all you folks that like to play some of these game.... save yourself up a few dollars and get in my game when it kicks off in 2008.   Love to have some more of you jump in with us next year.
this year I've had several of my own personal friends playing,.. and then about 8 folks from here on the board also. I guess from 18-20 overall.
Get in and play something where you can win some cold hard cash....
Save a little of your Christmas money to play next year.  HH, Blu, Sunkist, SJG, INDY, PaulFan and Dennis who used to be the head Honcho here all are playing right now.  You can ask any of them how much fun it is.
Drop me an email or PM if you have any questions.  The payback is on a 1:3 ratio every week so if we have 30 folks play we pay back 10 spots.  21 players would pay back 7 spots... etc

Well, I can just about make a GUARANTEE for any potential new players.  You'll likely end up with my "cold hard cash."  Grin
