Sunkist makes the first blow with a folding chair to Chris's All Stars.
Carl Edwards (2nd place)
vs.
Martin Truex Jr. (31st place) for the Chase Challenge.
OUCH...... big boy!
My GOT won't be so good though.
208 points.

The Great Choker is holding on, for now. Picked Skinner, he was 3rd fastest of the go/go home cars in practice and didn't make the field. Still finished with 3 in the top 10 for a score of 259.

It's been a fairly decent week for me in the fantasy leagues.
Chase Challenge
Another move in the right direction! Cousin Carl helped me move up to 41st.
Chris's Pool
Somehow, I actually finished in a money spot. What's that worth, $2?
Regardless, it's my first week in a money spot in that pool.
My own pool at work
Maintained my 1st place position. While I didn't gain a whole lot over 4th place (top 3 are payout spots), the "major threat" players below me fell a few more spots. Second place guy gained 5 points on me and the 3rd place girl fell like 4-5 spots to outside 110 points back. The cat that moved up to 4th has been coming on strong the last couple weeks, but with only 3 weeks left he can't keep only gaining 15-20 points on me if he expects to knock me out of 1st place. The guy in second place tends to "bust" every 2-3 races, and he's overdue for a fall.
Just gotta hang on 3 more weeks and that $225 will be mine! Not to mention the bragging rights.... which I of course would not flaunt.
One Bad Wheel
&
Pick's N Pans
Moved up 4 spots into 14th place on One Bad Wheel.
Had second high score in Pick's N Pans, which finally got me out of the basement. LOL
Game of Tomorrow
Not great, but still managed a 21st place finish. Always happy to finish in the top 20 there, so I'll take the 21st place and consider myself lucky when I think about the melee that went on at Atlanta. Still, I'm trailing Chris by 5 spots in the segment 3 standings, so I've got some work to do there. I won't be happy until I beat him in both GOT and Chase Challenge.
Just got to knock him down a notch or two, and then....
j/k Chris! Relax!

Well the Chase Challenge is a bust. No problem you smashing me there.
GoT is still close,.. and I suppose the One Bad Wheel one is close also... well I'm 26th..??
I'm shooting for a top 10 finish in the overall in the Got

CHASE CHALLENGE
I had Kenseth for Texas!
GOT
Mark Martin burned me in quite a few of my fantasy games this week.
However, Scott Riggs came through very nicely for me wtih a 13th place finish.
Not sure how Cami will score Jeremy Mayfield. He's listed down for both the #36 & #66. They finished within 2 spots of one another, but if she scores him by his real car number then it's 2 more points.

Yeah.. I got confused on this earlier in the year...
Seems they just go by the car number alone,.. pay no attention to what name is paired up with it.
SO if you picked #36,.. you got skinner... if you had #66 you got Mayfield.
Me. I had Kenseth, Martin, Bowyer, Rudd, Petty
Pretty much sucked all the way around....
And I thought the deadline for the Bad Wheel P&P was an hour,.. so I got the late and missed picking at all...
Not even sure who I had for the "Chase" game..??

You had Burton for the Chase Challenge. I moved up to 29th in that game and I've got Jeff Burton for Phoenix.
IIRC, you and Ren both forgot to pick for OneBadWheel's game. Three people tied with high scores of 28 points there. I had second highest score (scroed in 4th though) with 26 points even with Mark Martin burning me as one of my Crank 'em drivers.
What really sucks is that I pulled Martin Truex Jr. out and put Mark Martin in for almost all of my fantasy games this week. Oh well, I'm up to 6th in the OBW game, 17 points out of the lead.
I go ahead and do picks for the OBW game early in the week, just in case I forget or can't get to the computer before the race starts. Although I've proven in the FS P&P game that sometimes not picking can be better than picking. LOL
