due to my lack of experience in computer speak I have no idea wha roflol means.........I imagine its texting dialogue........and you think i'm confusing.......Oh and since I dont think I ever stated my position on this particular thread, I am absolutely dead set against swapping owner point betwen drivers....If your driver cant get himself into the top 35, and you have competitive equipment, go get anothe driver........

HERE is where I am CONFUSED

I have figured ever since the season started that Reutimann would have MORE points than Jarrett at the end of 5 races (makes sense look at last year,.. and what happened after 5 races, and all season)
I always questions why they just wouldn't let Reutimann STAY IN the #00 car and KEEP his points as they were.

You and Me both Chris.

For the life of me I could NOT figure out why Reutimann would get in the #44 especially after running 6 races in the #00.

I will say that I was impressed with the run McDowell had at Martinsville. Granted he was in the way toward the end of the race but he kept his nose clean at a track that some veterans have trouble at.

I think the reason Reutiman went to the 44 was because it has full sponsorship w/ UPS.
I don't think the 00 had full sponsorship after the first 5 races...

I know what you are saying...
What I am getting ask is why not just move the UPS sponsorship to the #00 car and leave everything else alone.  IMO I can't see where it would of had anthing to do with "owner points", asking permission or anything.
Both sponsors have already been approved by NASCAR... so they should have no say (or no problem)

yeah.. but you gotta remember.. they all say "Dale Jarrett"
If they are maing new diecast for 2008 and Reutimann... pre-planning would make #00 cars with UPS on them, and it say Reutimann.

I guess UPS really won't care in the long run.  They'll leave MWR racing anyway...
