Yeah.. I saw that several weeks ago and thouht the same exact thing...
Casey comes walking up to the motoel home lot IN HIS UNIFORM... what driver carries his credietials in his uniform.  Hardly any when we raced.  Few had pockets.  NO need for pockets when you oin the race car.  SO where would he keep his ID..??
And when a driver walks up in his uniform you would THINK a security guard wouldn't make too much of a fuss.  A guard SHOULD pretty much KNOW who each driver is by the end of the week,... especially someone as well know as Kahne.

I think it HURTS the guards case that he is sueing Kahne for monetary damages.  It makes it OBVIOUS that he is trying to get a huge money judgement JUST because Kahne has a lot of money because he makes a nice income from racing.  I hope Kahne don't give in and the guard ends up with NOTHING but a HUGE legal bill from his lawyer.
Like Several have said.  At the MOST the guy fell down,... there was NO fight or anything, and is trying to make a mountain out of a molehill.  NO way he could of been injured of ANY significance.  He deservesno money.  He SHOULD be chastised by the court for bringing a frivolous law suit.

 Either way I agree about lawsuit happy america.  Lawyers should be slapped with fines for even taking up the court's time with some of this carp.
 I mean, you wreck your car while talikng on the phone....who do ya sue? Verizon for making the damn evil phone? Of course!
