DW must be livin' in one heck of a fantasy world...does he not remember the last few years of his career when he was washed up and being laughed at?!?!?!  I'm thinkin' he's going to be involved in at least one caution...

Is that per lap or race? Tongue Sorry I just couldn't pass that up. Hey Colorado NASCAR if you're old enought heres a cold one. Wink

Hehe you guys forget DW has all that "hot air"  Maybe he can put it to good use?   You never know what might happen if he really huffs and puffs, lol
Anyway I'm not ashamed to say, I love DW. He's one of the few good ole boys left. We're losing the ones who really know what the sport used to be. When you could rattle someones cage or trade a little paint without being called to the trailer.
Don't get me wrong, I still love the sport but it ain't what it used to be.
The lose of Dale started all the changes ( I don't mean the saftey stuff, which is all good)  NASCAR needs to lighten up and let em race .  But back to DW, I like his sillness and his love of the sport . I've always been a sucker for a southern guy  ... Period

My wife is from south eastern kentucky, near the Cumberland Gap.
She's so southern, she related to herself! Kiss

Ok, but you have to admit that at least one time when you heard DW saying "Boogity Boogity Boogity Let's go racing Boys", it gave you chills.  If it didn't, you ain't a real fan, lol.

DW did a lot for the sport, and even if he was very awful at the end of his career, he was a darned good driver in his prime.  I admit to shopping at KMart a few times just because of their sponsorship, too.

DW has always had a "big mouth", but he did back it up with wins in his prime.  People disliked him because of his "big mouth" from the start, some did like him though, because he knocked off some of the big stars of the sport.  Me, I never pulled for him, because of his mouth, but that's beside the point.  DW overstayed his racing career by about 8 years, and became a laughing stock which he has not completely over came or being a "big mouth". Wink
