Am I a lucky dude, or what!?!

This may not be an everyday WTF but I have one HELL of a WTF.

I bought my daughter a Bedroom set, one with drawers under the bed and paid $1,600 for it and 3 other pieces. The drivers showed up with one piece damaged and they forgot the matress. After they left I went in her room to really check the stuff out and when I leaned on the dresser that has the mirror on it....................it all came falling forward. Some of the knobs wouldn't tighten up, and the drivers told me the bed all slid together, No nut or bolts. Come to find out the manufacturer forgot to drill holes in the bed for the headboard to mount to but they just didn't want to deal with me.

I called the place where I bought it and told them to come and get this JUNK and they said, Sure............no problem. They called back about 30 minutes later and wanted to remind me of the 20% re-stocking fee which was $300.00 bucks.

Now would someone tell me why I should pay a re-stocking fee for a damaged product??? WTF WTF WTF WTF.

By the way, I'm calling the BBB monday.

WTF  I say it louder......

Im with flame! Give em hell buddy. Tell them to take their 'restocking fee' and

Remember back in English class when you were a kid and had to 'diagram a sentence'? Now I ask you...in all your adult life, have you EVER had to diagram a sentence? I mean heck, I'm not a writer (but I play one on the internet) but I've never had to do it!
