it depends on the day....I don't watch too much live tv.  I'm usually watching my dvr...

I don't really watch tv, but if I do it's History Channel, Travel Channel,  HGTV and CNN.

History Channel, Discovery, TLC, Animal Planet...Speed when they're covering NASCAR (not a big Monster Truck fan, I)

Depends on the time of day...the local ABC affiliate, Food Network, Speed Channel, Discovery Channel, CMT or GAC

gee,.. NOT sure,...
For just "general viewing" I guess I'd have to say CBS...
They just have so many of the best 'evening' shows on at night...
They have Cold Case, NCIS, all the CSI shows, Without a Trace, Criminal Minds, The Unit, and twice a year "Survivor", and the "Amazing Race"... and even 60 Minutes.
That Jerry Bruckheimer SURE puts some great shows on TV...   

About the only thing I watch on any other channel is the Law & Order shows on NBC.
(of course the is during the 'regular' season and not during the summer when all they show is crap and reruns.)

NOW as far as racing,... I watch ANY channel that will show me auto racing.  And about ANY kind of auto racing... heck right down to the swamp buggies... ROFLOL

SPEED, MTV, CMT among others but those are the main ones. OH yeah and ESPN News is on alot at my house.

Watch that by the hour.

And, the info-mertials about how to make big bucks.
Also Thigh-Master and Bowflex.
