Is There ANYbody out there?

« on: July 05, 2008, 09:26:23 AM »

........... had a bad hair day for the July 4th race.

I didn't watch the race --- I consumed Sierra Nevada Pale Ale instead,
and couldn't really focus anyway.

But I hear he took 66 1/2% of his kin outta the race this time.

Wouldn't it be something to have been a fly on the wall in the Wallace house
yesterday?
Or even today and the rest of the week.
Depending on if there was enough room with all the OTHER flies (on the wall(s)).

Did anybody see what happened?
Was it a racin' deal or a raw deal?
And, (considerin' who we're talikn' 'bout) ---
why do I get the feelin' I already know the answer?

stupidity run amuck...
last lap... coming off turn #4... Steven just flat took Uncle Mike out...  (Maybe we should start calling Steven "LAUREN" Wallace)  I'll put him in the wall
Mike was po'd to say the least... Steven said "the car pushed up"... Mike said on TV,.. "Well,.. he's driving the car,.. he should know if the car starts to push he should let off the gas".  Mike was up against the outside wall.. no where for him to go...

They tried to goad Mike into ripping into Steven on TV,.. but he held his cool (and I commend him for that).
He let it be known he had already sat Steven down and gave him a good talking too,... and I got the feeling it wasn't over.
Mike had struggled, but made a good call on the last pit stop and looked to be there for a possible top 10 finish...  Steven sure ruined that...

Can/Should/Could we say it happened in the
blink of the eyes?
Or ain't that politically correct?
Sounds like he's beyond the yellow bumper daze, and has now entered the
disabled --- with a blue sign to display wherever he parks race cars.

Ya RECKON?!!!!

Steven said "the car pushed up"...
His cars ALWAYS seem to "push up".

I think Uncle Mike needs to define "driving" (the car).

Not exactly true, Chris.
He had the opportunity to go home.

YeAH!
But it would have almost been worth it if Uncle Mike lost his "cool" just a tad.

I'm kinda surprised that Steven CAN sit down. He must have a hard buttox.

and I got the feeling it wasn't over.
Define "over".

Steven might not be on Uncle Mike's Christmas list this year.

Hmmmmmmmmm
I wonder if Brother Rusty will pick up the repair tab?

Oh MAN!  I wish I would have seen that!  Would have made my day. I don't like either one of them. Mike can be a real ass in person at the track. Acts like he is better than everyone else. Must be a Wallace trait.

I have wondered for a long time. Just how much $$ Rusty can, or is willing to spend to prove that Steven just isn't going to cut it! He'd be an also ran in ARCA. He's a rolling hazzard in the Whatever series.

I think you're being a tad harsh there Dawg. Wallace certainly isn't a frontrunner of yet in the Nationwide Series, and he definitely was at fault on Friday night, but he's shown dramatic improvement this season over what was an admittedly ugly rookie campaign. And he's won 4 races in ARCA competition. It's premature to write off Steve Wallace as the next Kyle Krisiloff.

Steven Wallace is the most hated driver in the garage area by the other drivers...

And with good reason.......

LOL  I don't know what the deal is with that!    Maybe, like Jeff Burton said of his brother Ward....Kenny's bedroom was on the South end of the house!???

I like Kenny. I just wish he'd have had better equipment to drive during his career.
