For the first time in quite some time I am actually ambivalent about a Cup race.  I think it's the perfect storm of the less than exciting racing in California and the prominence of Kyle Busch lately.  Maybe this is what some of you felt like 10 years ago when Jeff won 13 races in one season.  Anyway, I'm wondering what changes they could do in California to make it more exciting?  I did enjoy Bristol, but that was Bristol Baby!

By the way, although 24 is still my favorite team, I have become more balanced and actually enjoy rooting for many drivers, this year.  It's made races more fun in general.

Tear it down and just start all over. Make it like a Bristol or a Richmond.

Turn it into a figure eight track.

AND...hold it in the rain( on rain tires) .....and then have it run during an earthquake.

MIGHT be a little interesting then. Grin Grin

At least I'm not the only non fan of this track.  It'll never happen but man I wish we could bring back Darlington on Labor Day weekend.

Tear up the track and build a short track.   Some sort of Bristol/Richmond hybrid.
