That would be a fair assumption.  Coach Gibbs went on the record long ago saying that he would not put Logano in Cup until he could provide him a first class ride.

Qual's rained out again, so using the 96 did get Sliced Bread in the field at Loudon.  He would have been outside looking in if they stuck with the 02 entry.

The 34 and 46 will miss the race, but they were both well off the pace in practice so the rainout probably didn't change who goes home.
