Will the 90, & 91 cars get a pass on the new cars?
 After all, if you only show up to run 5-6 laps. Just to take $$ away from the other teams, who actually come to put on the show.  What does it really matter what they run?

As I understand it, the Big teams are whinin' because the start & park teams are
MAKING money and having FUN doin' it.
You know, ...... the way racin' USED to be, before The Brian re-invented NASCAR
and turned it into "entertainment".
