Hi i was just curious if anybody who posted here was a fan of star trek and liked the shows and or movies?

Bryan, I never was into the original series although I love Spock to death. I never quite understood what the hysteria was about until December of 1992. I had just had baby #3,Katie, and it seems that our nighttime before bed feeding came about the same time as the Next Generation. From night one I was hooked. When I found out Starfleet Academy was right here in my own backyard I almost ran away……LOL  and spend forever with Captain Jean-Luc Picard. Hey I’d a been a tad bit early but I would have waited.

Big fan of both the ORIGINAL and NG.... Spok and Worf are my two main men (althopugh i always though Worf could have been used much more in the shows he was in) for exactly opposite reasons...

In the 80s, when the first movie came out ..I had the pleasure of doing a 30 minute radio intervies with Gene Roddenberry at Queens College in NYC...  He was an amazingly talanted  individual and that interview is one of the highlights of my radio gig!!! Grin
