I was just out browsing the internetand run across the ARCA site.

In looking over the 2009 schedule.  There's still their one visit to Daytona, and Talladega, (moved the Dega race to early in the season) Kansas and Michigan, and Chicago, but they have two races each at Kentucky and Pocono.
Nice mix of superspeedways.
I always like the ARCA series because they raced at so many short tracks.  I grew up in Southern Indiana,... and there is some GREAT racing that goes on at Salem Speedway in S. Ind.  Also we always made a yearly trip to DuQuoin, Ill. and saw ARCA race there.  that is a 1 mile DIRT track.  that was always a great race.  If you are ever in either area I'd say make a trip and go.
ESPECIALLY the DuQuoin event.  If they haven't changed it... that was a great weekend event.  It falls on Labor Day weekend, and on one day they run 100 lap race for the ARCA cars,.. and on another day they run 100 lap race for the USAC sprint cars.  Great competition, and great seats everywhere.

I see the ARCA series also has a race at the 'new' Iowa speedway, and two races at Rockingham.  Also one at the old Nashville 1/2 mile track.  Should be LOTS of good short track racing.  I hope they show it all on TV... not that MavTv crap they had last season...

I'll do my best to catch the races at Rockingham.
