....................................... ....................................... ......................................

A name change? Is that legal?  Wink

Does this mean you're no longer a Jeff Gordon fan? Can we assume "Kurt" is Kurt Busch?

Well, as long as you're setting the record straight, I suppose I should also.
Here goes;

I, (Shakey) AfterShock, in the past here at Frontstretch, went by another stage name. For those not already aware, contained betwixt my ears resides the former
HUDSON HORNET, whom I retired when the new Frontstretch came to be. A fresh start, so to speak.

So, that's my story -- and I'm stickin' to it. Although, sometimes I do miss H.H.
I wonder what he's up to these days? Still wearin' those pink speedos with trademark faded purple cape I suspect.

Last I knew, H.H. took a trip back to the 1970's to re-experience NASCAR racing back in the day. Hasn't returned yet, to my knowledge. No doubt having a great time back there. Might even have gone farther back -- maybe as far as the early 1960's.

Ya'd think he'd at least send a card, ........... or sonethin'.  Undecided

Mighta hooked up with one of those Winston Girls. As I recall, he had a crush on them and missed their radiant smiles somthin' fierce.

Do you know what this means?

If the change is in fact a reference to Kurt Busch, his fan base just increased by 100%!  Grin Wink

I guess that move to Penske is paying off after all! There go the souvenir sales through the roof!

Okay so here's the deal.  I've been a Jeff Gordon fan for 12 years, but for the last 18 months I've also been a Kurt fan.  Well I caught myself this weekend hoping for Kurt to do well and not really caring what Jeff G did.  It's just time that I make the change to a full blown Kurt fan....it's like I told a friend of mine.  At this moment I'm a 95% Kurt Busch fan and a 5% Jeff Gordon fan.  So there's my explanation...ducks waiting for flying objects!

I know what you mean Gymmie,...
Same thing here at my house,...
Luckily I'm on a well or my grass would have dried up and died months ago.
The lake (one of the largest man made in the US) is 8 feet below full pool.
Many of the folks who USED to have lake front property how have just a muddy quadmire behide their house... with docks sitting on dry land.

Blink, blink..................BLINK!  Thud!  I only blacked out for a second there.  The shock has left me now.

You go, girl and cheer whichever driver you want. Cool  No matter what anyone thinks, Kurt can drive!   ahem, now if you could just have some influence on getting him to stop doing those lame snow angels. Wink
