I haven't watched this new talent show yet, guess I should start ....

http://www.youtube.com/v/RB-wUgnyGv0

This video is from a TV show where people said, "Hey, I have talent!" and judges would decide if they did or did not.  When this couple did their act, there was no question.  Everyone was floored.  The video is about two minutes and includes some snappy music.  Also, it will look much clearer if you don't run it full screen.  The bigger the picture the fuzzier it will look.  They put on an incredible act.

I did see that the other night. I was pretty impressed and I liked them alot. Too bad we have yet another talent contest, but that one judge is worse than Simon on a really bad day, but I loved the way that guy came back at him. Grin

Whats the prize again? Was it a million bucks? Thats not much these days. I mean it is to poor folks like me but in the scope of the world a million bucks and a subway token will get ya nowhere.....even though a cool mil would be nice. Grin

I love the quick change artists Smiley!

They had the last show of the season last night, but they're doing more auditions.

I want to know how they do it. Some of the gadgets you'd think there's something "in" there that does it...but how do you 'splain the cloth thingie and the confetti

yeah... I was the same way... HOW they did it...

I guess if we knew we wouldn't be that impressed..??

STill I think I'm gonna go back and look at the video and do a LOT of pauses,... see if I can see anything.  Many thing looked like she just didn't have NEAR enough time to change.
I thinking some of her clothes were reverseable or something,...
then again maybe not...

The first change or two she goes from some larger outfits to smaller outfits... so she could just have clothes on top of clothes.
When you get down to the little 'skimpy' outfits,.. somewhere she has to put on another 'batch' of clothes.
That one with the hoop... Looks like he has something to do with getting her hooked up in that getup.
She puts it over her head,... and he keeps his hand on her upper back (maybe hooking up something... then as you watch (stop action) you see the new dress drop out of the hoop.  SO somehow it was made inside the hoop,.. and she just stepped into it,.. pulled it up,.. he hooked it,.. and then she dropped the hoop when the dress fell...

can't figure out some of them for the life of me... the ones with the big 'flag' thing got me confused...
But his was pretty easy I think.  I think he just had his black outfit on over his white outfit.  If you look at the beginning he had a big white puffy thing in the center that could have hid a lot showing what could have been underneath.

NOW for the final "change"...
Looks like,.. and this is all I can figure out...
If you watch REAL close,... she has on this real frilly very light cloth dress,... weights hardly anything.  That 'balloon' type thing he drops on her head looks like it's full of confetti type stuff.  That stuff will STILL weigh more than that dress but quite a bit.
If you watch her hands just before she throws it on her,.. she put one hand up to her neck (like this is where it is fastened)... and Looks to unhook it and hold it.
As the confetti stuff poors down over her she lowers her arms, and the thin straps are pulled off her shoulders by the weight and sudden gravity force of the balloon of confetti.
That dress simply falls to the floor and is burried under the pile of confetti.
Needless to say the white dress she was wearing underneath the redish dress would not SHOW since the red would hide it (color wise)

Basically it's all "magic" and slight of hand...

Thats my best guesses anyway... Anyone else??

Gymmie,.. where you been... 'bout time you showed back up.
