Judge in Canton OH has defendants mouth taped shut!

This has made the national news and I'm just wondering if you agree or not. A big percentage of people commenting on this story from my hometown have sided with the judge. Here's the story from cantonrep.com

I don't have a problem with it at all. Use # 5,386 for duct tape. The defendant better be glad the judge didn't have any BearBond tape to use.

It's looks as though Judge Belden will win overwhelmingly in the next election as far as the people in this city are concerned. I think we need more like him.
