I'm a huge fan of the NFL as I am NASCAR. For me NASCAR out weighs NFL. I just recieved an e-mail from the NFL fandemonium contest from monster.com. Is this a contest that NASCAR should look into.

If you win the NFL fandemonium here's what you get:

•   Join the coin toss ceremony at Super Bowl XLV
•   Call a play at the 2011 Pro Bowl
•   Announce a pick at the 2010 NFL draft
•   Receive a $100,000 "signing bonus"

What would be a good NASCAR package.

Announce "Gentlemen start your engines" at Daytona.

Wave the green flag at the NASCAR Sprint All Star race.

Wave the checkered flag at Homestead.

Co host a segment on Sirius 128 during Nascar Media Day

Award the 13th place finisher check at the NASCAR awards banquent.

If you were fan of the year how would you work within NASCAR?

Mine would be:

Wave the green flag at Brickyard 400 (or whatever they are calling it now)

Command to start engines at Bristol

Wave the checkered flag at Talladega (hopefully, its not during a caution but with cars whippin by at 190mph!)

Attend the season opening Drivers meeting at the Daytona 500

Announce the 12 Chasers after the Richmond race

Private tour of SHR from Tony Stewart!!  Grin

Speedweeks in Daytona and the month of May at all tracks...Darlington, Richmond, All Star Race, CC 600.... and Richmond in September and Homestead in November (as long as Homestead remains the last race weekend of the season).....just need an RV in the driver's lot and Hot pass and I'm set.  Grin I'll do whatever they want me to do those weekends, wave the starters flags, Announce Start your engines, Go for coffee, whatever....

Really, that's it. Grin Cool
