The whole "race" was pathetic. A complete joke. When is NASCAR going to realize that RP "racing" has got to go? The drivers do not like it and most of the fans do not like it.

Recently, I read a few articles about Dega in 1969. An eye opener for sure.

Forty years later, we have the same senario. "If you're scared, go home."

 Punch my ticket. I'm done.

 Sorry guys. I'm done.

Worst Race in Nascar History !  That's really scary when its actually worse than Tire Gate a Few Yrs back at Indy !
The France Family had better look at another Form of work because with the current economy this crap isn't
going to Sell for much longer ! When Mark Martin is speechless after a race that pretty well sums up the Farce
that it was !  Sad

I think all the driver did a great job in there on track protest.
When was the last time you saw all the drivers working together to prove a point.
Once again, great job to all the drivers....

Drivers Grade A+
Nascar Grade F.

This is what i posted on the front page in Matt's article this morning. I think this rings true and is pretty close to what happened yesterday.

In the arena of horse racing, what happened yesterday, is known as a jockeys race. The jockeys all get to gether in thier changing room, motorhome lot, and decide a late race to allow a jockey that’s maybe a little behind or down on his luck, Jamie McMurray, to take down a win in and regain some form of momentum or even a ride the next week, year at EGR, and still feed his family.

They even gave him the horses wreath

Oh I have no complaints with the Performance of the Drivers given the Rules that they had race within ! I 'am surprised they did not all just drive around at quarter throttle to make a point ! Solidarity in numbers with or without a Union !
When you have Smoke officially comment that they might as well provide Cruise Control that pretty well sums it up !

I would love for no fans to show up this weekend and boycott Nascar.  If they are not going to let them race than lose the RP races.  Looked like a 1st grade follow the leader game my youngest daughter plays in school
