Does anybody even remember the last time Penske South had drivers who worked well as teammates?
I guess The Captain worries more about the raw talent than whether everyone will be best buddies on and off the track.

Actually Ryan Newman and Kurt Busch were friends and worked alright together. You just couldn't see it because Penske's stuff was and still somewhat is crap.

Actually , Rusty Wallace and Jeremy Mayfield worked together rather well although I doubt they liked either other much . It was rather tough to get along with Rusty and his ego lol !

That's true, Rusty and Jeremy did work well as drafting partners on more than one occassion. I don't think there was much of a bromance between them off the track though.

Ryan and Kurt worked together pretty well
Kurt pushed Ryan to the win in the 2008 Daytpna 500
They finished 1-2
It will be interesting to watch Kurt and Kes

Rusty just isn't that easy to get along with , from what I have heard ! But he certainly could give feed back to his crew Chief was a Hands On form of Driver.... Old School !
