It looks like NASCAR is going to take a page out of Obama's play book and take over an industry that while private is important to the parties involved. Your favorite team has not been getting the money they should from souvenir sales.  It will be interesting to see if NASCAR will take over or if they can work out a fix.

NASCAR already has a stake in this. ISC owns half of MA with SMI owning the second half.

Well that's if you assume, like i do, that NASCAR (france family) cannot differentiate between the two (NASCAR and ISC), except on legal documents.
