Congrats to Terry Cook and Casey Mears for making the field at Bristol, both get their first points paying start of the season.  Mears I kind of expected, the #90 team is getting more help from RCR.  Cook & the #46 are just gutting it out doing the best they can with what they have...  we'll have to see if they go the distance or just park it.

Mikey made the race in the #55, too, his first start in that ride (seems funny to say that)... he was in the #51 at Daytona.

Top 35 watch will be in full effect this week, since it is race 5!

It'll be fun to have a short track race, after the off week (way too early!) it's good just to have a Cup race.  Last Sunday, I was desparate enough to watch IRL race on TV... or, I should say, the Danica Patrick Show and the 14 drivers ahead of her.  Roll Eyes

I didn't see any of practice or qualifying but I am anxious to see if the wall being in 3 feet will make a difference in the race.  Nice to see Joey get the pole after backing up his practice time.  Need a bounceback after the unfortunate event in Hotlanta
