hey Chris...looks like your cousin is racing again this weekend

From Jayski
Townley returns to RAB at Iowa: UPDATE: John Wes Townley will return to the NASCAR Nationwide Series this weekend at Iowa Speedway, RAB Racing team owner Robby Benton told SBNation.com on Tuesday. Townley spent last season with RAB Racing but left to join Richard Childress Racing this year along with sponsorship from Zaxby's, the fast food chicken company which his father co-founded. He had little success, however, and was removed from RCR's #21 car after crashing in practice at Phoenix. Benton said the plan for now is to run Townley in a "handful" of races, which includes Iowa, Bristol, Dover and possibly some others.(SB Nation)(7-27-2010)
UPDATE: RAB Racing with Brack Maggard announce John Wes Townley will pilot the #09 Zaxby's Ford Fusion in Saturday's NASCAR Nationwide Series U.S. Cellular 250 at Iowa Speedway. Townley, the 20-year-old Watkinsville, Ga. native, previously competed for RAB Racing in the ARCA RE/MAX Series in 2008 and in the NASCAR Nationwide Series during the 2009 season where he was a Raybestos Rookie of the Year candidate in the #09 Ford. Townley has 34 total career starts in NASCAR's junior circuit.(RAB PR)(7-27-2010)

yeah I saw that.
I spoke to him last night and tried to give him some words of encouragement..
He's got such a great immediate family and such support, it would be nice to see him do well.
He is such a nice and polite kid.  Could be a real role model if he gets where he can get some good exposure.
Got our fingers crossed
