I said no non-chaser is going to win...but I hit the wrong button. I meant 2 non chasers. (I really need to be wearing my glasses...sorry for screwing up your pole data...)
I think they way he's been running lately that Newman has a very good shot to win. And I think JMac's got another win left in him this season, probably at Dega in two weeks.
either that, or JJ wins them all...

I think Tdega is the best hope for a non chaser because the risk might outweigh the reward for the chasers. Plus Jamie Mac has run well there several times.

I'm kind of thinking one non-chase driver will win in the last 6 races.
It's possible that two drivers could,,... but then again that's 33% of the races left, and those percentages just seem to high for me.
It's really tough to say "who" may win. J Mac has been running well, and Newman is on the upswing. I have to believe Martin will run up front a few times before the end of the year.
Also as long shots we have saw Allmendinger and Menard run very well as of late. Given the right circumstances, they could sneak in a win.
Throw in the possibilities of many teams not in the chase - and they can throw caution to the wind and just "go for it".. that opens up a host of other possibilities (fuel mileage strategy, 2 tires / no tires; etc)
(I kind of sound like I am making a case for MORE than two non-chase drivers to win yet this year.... lol)
Anyway,... Of course the 12 guys in the chase are there for a reason. They run up front and finish well. SO I can't see any more than one non-chaser winning one of the last 6 races..... who that'll be. STick the names in a hat and draw one out.. lots of possibilities

I think it is going to happen tonight. I think between Logano, Reuti, Martin, Kahne or Newman we will see a winner. Something in the air I guess

Congrats to Jamie Mac... but you ruined my poll, dude!
I expect a Chaser to win at Martinsville this week, unless the late cautions fall at just the right time for pit strategy to come into play. 'Dega is always a wild card, though.

M'ville is going to be Hamlin, Johnson or Gordon...they have great records there. Since the introduction of the COT Hamlin has 3 wins (including the last two) and Johnson has 4 wins. Gordon has 7 straight top 5's at M'ville.

Well Matt Kenseth was pretty upset about getting pushed around there in the spring. They've definitely had their work cut out for them, but I wouldn't be surprised to see them around the lead in the closing laps. And we can't forget Kyle "Wrecking Ball" Busch...if he doesn't take himself out when wrecking someone else, he'll be around at the end too.

I'll go with a Chaser to win Martinsville, but not anyone in the Top 3. I don't think Johnson, Hamlin, or Harvick will race hard enough for a win.
Who am I kidding? Johnson will spank the field. LOL.

I read a tweet from Hamlin that said if he goes out he is taking JJ with him. I doubt he was serious but that would be fun to watch.

Denny was talking about Dega...he said "I will be around him all day in dega to make sure if I'm in the wrong place, he will be too"
