I think Paul Tracy could make it in NA$CAR. I liked what he had to say when they interviewed him on Trackside Friday.

When asked what attracted him to NA$CAR, Paul said, "The MONEY!" Shocked
And he couldn't remember who he was going to drive for. Embarrassed Embarrassed

I like that! Wink Cheesy Grin

I hope he makes it too....I need someone else to dislike Wink Grin, and although I don't know that much about him, his being a fellow Canadian WON'T outweigh his aggressive (often overly) nature with me...we'll see how long it takes before he's getting a name in NASCAR for being over-aggressive and getting in fights with drivers who done him wrong on the track...JMO, of course. Time will tell, because it looks like he's headed NASCAR's way.

Dime to a dollar Tony makes quick friends with Paul.
He may have met his match.

The way Paul put on a cape when fans weren't too happy
with him was kinda WWF like, but I can't fault his reasoning --
"...the fans were mad and I figured what was I gonna do, hide
all weekend?" So he thought he'd play TO the fans. Seems it worked.

He's a character -- and I think he can back his action.
Sorta reminds me of Jimmy Spencer.
Exactly the same -- only different.  Roll Eyes Tongue Wink Cheesy Wink

I never liked Jimmy Spencer...still don't, really, except I admire the cahones it takes to put your opinion out there like he does, right or wrong...he's got some big ones. I guess he really doesn't have much to lose, no longer having a regular Cup ride Wink , and Speed pays him just for that opinion. Anything that gets the fans talking, Speed loves. Any PR is good PR. Hey After-Shock ! Ya , Taggi should have learned the Rope a Dope Manuver !  I agree that Tony  , Junior & Paul would probably become  great Bro,s . Just one problem ! I think Paul is committed to Cart for approx 5yr. contract & Busch Racing is his only other Part Time (Limited) Schedule ?  Timing is everything ! Give him  one yr. or two and the Part Time (Sharing) Rides & RYR or MWR or Rousch would probably give him  a valid opportunity.

I think Paul Tracy reminds me more of Tony Stewart --
than Tony Stewart does!

After hearing him describe the handling differences betwixt open wheel and NASCAR Stock Cars, I came away with the thought that he's paying attention. I hope he can aquire the 'feel' necessary to be successful "down" in NA$CAR. I'd like to see Paul master the road courses and spank 'em all.

Contracts?
What's that?
They don't seem to hold all that much water in NA$CAR these daze.
Might be someone at NA$CAR can find Paul a few loop-holes.
Ya reckon?  Wink Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Contracts , ya ...I here you . Guess Montoya's was cast in stone... huh !  Whats your thoughts on that Mr. Bourdais (Fighting Words) coming over to Nascar also ?  Paul probably would love to go a couple of Rounds with him !  Come to think of it , Mark Martin probably would like to Ref that Match..Ha..Ha !
