I just saw this!

First, I'm looking for a chat program for the board and hopefully I should have it installed sometime in the near future.

Second.  I did not know that there was a problem with people not being able to comment. I HAVE seen a drastic drop in comments though, and that would explain why.

Have a question for ya...

Is there any way I can add a short sound byte to a posting, sorta like what ya do with images? Have a bunch of funny xlips that wouldn't take up too m,uch band with and would make people smile...

If I set it so that someone can do that in a post, they can also do that in a signature that shows up every time they post, so to avoid every page load having background noise, I can't allow sound files to be attached anywhere on the board.  You CAN attach it as a file though as long as it's not and executable file.

Sorry for being technologically blonde tonight but just HOW do I attach them...They are not exe files, but aiff audio files...I promise to kep them very short...

Click on the Reply button, then click on the Additional Options at the bottom  of the reply box. Then you'll see the attach box that will allow you to attach any file that you want.  You may need to put it in a zip file first though.

All the pics are around 110KB each... I got ONE to post,.. but when I try to post another one, it says "ERROR, the picture you are trying to post is too large, Maximum size is 192KB"
SO I should be able to post what I have...
SO I'm confused.  They were to large to begin with,,... but I worked them and got them all down to with the size range,.. well within the limits,.. so what is going wrong.
Can you enlighten me please..
