Hi everyone did anyone see the craftsman truck series race on saturday night las vegas now looks a lot like atlanta now.

Does anyone think that this will make for good racing when the cup or busch series runs out there next year?

I've heard rumors that vegas might get a 2nd date is there any truth to those rumors?

I watched some of it...
Track look pretty nice...
I'm sure they will show hight lights on the Speed pre-race show.

I know the plan was to move pit road out toward the front tri-oval area some... didn't think they changed the actual track configuration (ie make it a qual oval).  I think they did raise the banking from 12 to 20 degrees.

I can see where maybe Vegas might have the same general "look" as Atlanta.  Seems the same guy designed Vegas that also designed Atlanta, and Texas.

I think more banking WILL make for better racing... should be able to run side by side, and possbily mulitple grooves.

As far as a 2nd date,.. only way thats gonna happen is like the last ones have happened... take a date away from someone that has one now, and move it out there.  Sad.

"Sad"?
What's "sad" Chris? That they'd have to take a date from another track or, that there'd be a second date in Lost Wages? Or both?  Wink Huh? Tongue Sad

Sad they'd take a date away from a good track...
Maybe wouldn't be so bad if they took it away from California... (Fontana)
