We CANADIANS, have been commended for our well-oiled (pardon pun) behaviour when it comes to "celebrities", and I have seen many a tv, motion picture and sports both in the U.S. and mainly here in Canada.  Celebrities always say "how well organized our personal appearances" are handled by PR individuals.  I have never over-stepped the boundaries when it comes to autographs, I learned that working in the "entertainment industry" in California.  I also am a "pre-senior" and know there are limitations placed on sports celebrities, I would give the driver the "respect and personal space" he so righteously deserves, as I would want to be treated the same.  YES, I totally agree with you, these autographs vicariously end up on eBay sites throughout the world.  I have always been very "humble and most appreciative" whenever, a celebrity in whatever field offers to provide me a momento.  I always address them in a dignified manner, of which I have been commended on many occasions.  Security and safety surrounding celebrities is Canada's #1 priority.  Often, prior to the personal appearance we are warned by both the PR people, security personnel, store management, etc. that we are to conduct ourselves accordingly, move the meet and greet line along, to give everyone an equal opportunity to speak briefly with the celebrity.  Organization, common sense and a little human kindness goes a long way, and believe me your behaviour is long remembered.  First impressions are very important.

What's wrong with the NA$CAR Rules Book?  Huh?

Seems pretty simple and straight forth and is amazingly
Consistently inconsistent.  Undecided

NA$CAR rules are like a NA$CAR race ---- ANYthing can happen. Undecided

The Powers that be NA$CAR spoke loudly awhile back when
the threat was made that the fines and points deductions would
increase until the problems decreased.

'Bout like them Federal Agents lookin' for stills and chasin' the first NASCAR drivers around the backroads.
Ya reckon?

Deduct points and fine those bad-boys into submission.
As profits increase from the rivalry created.

Inflation seems to be rather "consistent" in the fines and points deduction department.

Just a thought I think I just thunk --------

Has Wally given Brian a ride around a fast track ----- yet? Shocked Roll Eyes
I'm thinkin' one lap and a visit to the Official NA$CAR Porta-Potty would be in order.

Probably not in time though. Wink Shocked Cheesy

But,............ More Important,.........................

I agree aftershock. If you notice they said that the fines and point deductions would increase until the problem decreased, But if you notice the problem increased and the fines and points deductions decreased. I personally think that Throwing an object from the race car should have one of the more stiffer penalities. No time like the present to start increasing lol.
