Chris, You are one of those people who post so much that I just skip right over your posts.

 I haven’t the time or energy to hang around and worship small-minded posters who feel they need to be nasty to everyone who happens to pass through here.

 IF something draws my attention, then I comment, but generally I just pass on the pettiness.

I've had an inkling I was a tad on the cool side, but I had no idea just how cool my cool really is. 

"Time" and "energy" --- tell me about it.
Too much of one and not enough of the other it seems. Why is that?
Whenever I endeavour to find the answer, darned if I don't run out of both. 
Then, I don't pass through, ....... I pass out.

But that can be a good thing I suppose. How better to get to really know someone than to not read what they write, right?   

When I'm drawing attention and someone comes around with a party tray of "pettiness" ---- then,..... I generally comment, 'NO WAY'! I pass out on that stuff.
I don't actually know what the heck it is, but it looks pretty good. I have a healthy distrust for anything that looks good. Ya never know what's hidden within those things. Could be fish eggs ---- might even be raw. Eeewww! That's nasty. So,
I play it safe. Pass the sealed box of Screemin' Yellow Zonkers. I trust those things.

Just call me 'Icebreaker' and don't allow me to defrost or I'll lose my "cool".
All you folks who don't read what I write ----- be advised. Make a note of it and reference those notes frequently. ------- Unless y'all have a tendency not to read whatcha write either.

One thing that bothers the holy heck outta me is, if I only read what I like, how can I know that before I read it? It's such a waste of my time to read it first only to find out I didn't like what I read. Perhaps folks would be so kind as to preface their writing prior to writing whatever they plan to write in the first place? A disclaimer of sorts. The thought of not reading something --- then finding out it was something I wanted to read is rather frustrating.

From deep in the For What It's Worth department, I find that most of the arguments on here happen only when people don't actually read what is written.  So many people have this fog of beliefs and even more seem to WANT to be offended all the time. 

I've only been here in this forum for 5 or 6 months, but I've never seen anything that After Shock ever wrote as being offensible.  I mean, I never got the feeling he was saying it to TRY to offend someone or hurt their feelings.  Sure, the thin skinned will be miffed, but maybe they need to lighten up a tad.

Ok, that's my 2 cents.  Oh yeah, one last thing.  I don't purposely try to offend either, but it appears that I did offend someone today.  I just come here to read and give opinions, get a laugh and maybe even cause one from time to time.  Man, the world is so hard, do people have to come here and make it hard too?!?  OK, now, out with the bad air and in with the good.  Breathe.... ahhhh.

Really,.. well,.. in here you ARE what you appear to be,... from what I hear from everyone else (in public and in private),.. sounds to me people see you ONLY as a trouble maker.  I can't remember ONE civil post you have made.  Always some kinda post that is critical, downing another poster, bashing a driver, etc... negative, negative, negative.

Occasionally, I scan several NASCAR boards looking for a group that is interested in NASCAR facts and worthy discussions
