Hello Everyone!!!

Tonight as I was digging through some old boxes I came upon something pretty cool, At least i think so. I found a box of Nascar Trivia Questions. It doesn't have the year on it but they have to be around the Mid to Late 90's. I was thinking if everyone want's to then I could ask some of the question's. I am on the computer in the morning and I get back on around 10 or 11 pm eastern time. I could ask a question in the morning and one at night unless someone can think of a different way to do it. While I was reading I found that one of the Trivia question's was VERY Interesting, Take a look at this.

Q. Why will Unocal ALWAYS be Nascar's official fuel.

A. Because it Lent Bill France, Sr. the fuel to start his races.

I wonder if Brian France was told about this little deal that was made with Unocal. I'm sure Sunoco offered Brian France more Cash, Isn't that what it's ALL about anymore. OK her goes the real thing. Now if some of these sound just to hard then let me know.
I Wonder Who Will Win The Very First Question?Huh?

Question #1. Name the only three drivers to win the Daytona 500 Back-to-Back?

Right You Are Chris.
Like I said if these are too EASY or to HARD just let me know because their are some that my 11 year old can answer and their are some that I think Bill France would have trouble answering.

Question #2. In what Year did Darrell Waltrip have his most Victories?

CLUE.....He Did It Twice.

OK,.. I'm gonna take a stab at this...
I'll say California,... NH,... The Glen,.. and oh gee.... The NEW Richmond speedway, I know he won at the old 1/2 mile Richmond Fairgrounds track,.. but not sure he ever won in the 3/4 mile configuration

Probably not right,... but no one else has guessed,.. so maybe this will get the ball rolling

Damn I thought you had it unti I seen Richmond on there.

Loudon, Watkins Glen, And California you have right but of course their is only one left.

I hope this thread does pick up. Some of these questions are GREAT and they are from a totally different era than we are used to so that makes it even MORE interesting. Maybe some of the newer Nascar fans might learn some stuff and as you and I know back in the mid to late 90's Nascar was when it was still racing. I am keeping my fingers crossed that business picks up.

I wasn't sure if it may have been a 'trick' question... won on the Old Richmond track,.. but not the new.....
Well Lets see.... I know he has won at
Daytona (but not by 1997)
Atlanta
Sears Point
Dover
Rockingham
Darlington
Bristol
Martinsville
Dega
Lowes (under different name)
Pocono
Indy
(I know I cringed every time he won anywhere)

You know.... by process of elimination... I'm gonna say Texas... I just remembered  that year (1997) was the FIRST year they raced there. Seems like this  year was the 10th anniversary..??
