I know I posted a question about having a problem posting pictures on the "Oh Ren" thread,.. and even sent him a PM to tell him I had posted one,.. and just asked him to post a reply there....
Have yet to hear anything back and it's been several days now..??

Yeah, he's alive.  I responded to your last email and Ren pointed out that, had I read the fine print, replies go to the administrator, not to the correspondent.  He was very nice about it, given that I was too dim to read the instructions.   

BTW, I'll try to get the tighter pony pic up, but I'm still having trouble getting pics changed.  It almost seems random., whether I succeed in changing a pic or not.  I'm afraid to mess with what I have now.

This has to do with a different problem...
I was trying to post three pictures to a reply in a thread, and it would only let me post one...
That was why I was trying to contact Ren.
I happened before,.. and Ren had to go in and fix or adjust something...
I am aware the pics have to be under 192 K and all these are,... so they should post... so I was looking for an answer as to what the probem might be...

I kinda expected him to repspond to my post, or at the very least to my PM to let me know what was up.  To be honest,.. I kinda feel "left hanging" now that I know he has been on line the last couple days and 'should' of gotten my PM and neither replied nor posted a response.  Maybe he just fixed it, and never said any thing.
I could of posted the pics,.. but hated to do three SEPARATE post to do it.

I can understand what you are saying...
now that you got two pics that will work,.. should be able to change between those two with no problem.
That pic you originally sent me was 3.5 meg.  WAY too big to use as an avatar.  These are only a couple hundred K each.

I'd say if you are having a problem changing to a different avatar,.. it is probably just too large.  I am assuming that you know if you do a 'right click' on the file (or picture) that you can then click on 'properties' and it will tell you (among other things) how big the file is.

Maybe, and this is just one possiblity to consider, poor Ren FELL into a hole and is even now attempting to CRAWL out of it.
I cannot positively speak for Ren, but I dont usually crawl INTO a hole unless I'm being shot at or in danger of being eaten.
