During the Nextel Cup Awards Ceremony, Tony Stewart explained his philosophy about his season, "I didn't make the Chase. Life went on, ... It's the first time since my rookie year I wasn't on probation." Shocked

You crack me up Tony! Grin Cheesy
Yes you do. Wink

Well that's why I like Tony Stewart so much. He can make any situation a Funny one and sometimes he makes them worse. I will say that he has Grown-Up alot here lately and I would say that's why he hasn't been on probation in awhile. He can win in any kind of Vehicle in any series but the only thing that he couldn't do was control his Anger but now he has that in check. Let's hope it stay's that way.

Yea, I agree with you.  I've always kinda liked Tony, but watching him really mature over the last year or two has made him one of my favs.

Chevy to Sponsor Tony Stewart Racing in USAC and WoO: #20-Tony Stewart and officials from GM Racing and Chevy announced that Chevy will power and sponsor Tony Stewart Racing's entries in the United States Auto Club and the World of Outlaws Sprint Series for three years beginning in 2007. Chevrolet will serve as the primary sponsor and engine supplier for all of TSR's USAC teams, with Bass Pro Shops carrying on as an associate sponsor. For the #20 Winged Sprint car in the World of Outlaws, Chevrolet will also provide engines while serving as an associate sponsor. Bass Pro Shops will maintain its role as the team's primary sponsor.

Found this on Jayski.com. He has alot of Breaking New's over there. My brother took some pictures of Stewarts USAC car in 2006 and it was sponsored by Dodge and they were powered by Dodge also. I don't think that Chevrolet wanted him to run anything but Chevrolet in any Series. I can't say that I blame them really.
