It's been Reported the Bill and the #37 R.J. Racing Team will attempt to field a Car & Team for the Daytona
500 , along with the Bud Shoot-out & the Dual 150's. This attempt is tendered upon finding Official Sponsor's
for the Team...hope Bill gets to attempt to Qualify !

yeah,.. even if they find a sponsor,.. the #37 is pretty much an 'also ran' type team.
I doubt if the car would have much of a chance of making the field.
Bill would have to be in "the right place,.. at the right time" and race his way into the show.
I doubt it would have enough speed to qualify for the race.

IMO I think Toyota should have left Allmendinger on the sidelines (maybe a year in BGN or something) and put Elliott in the #84 car full time for 2007.
At least they would of had a seasoned, experienced driver to give them good solid feedback, and help their program along.
I would NOT be surprised to see that happen mid-season.... after AJ has a shot and flops.
