J. Villeneruve Cup Ride Hit another Speed Bump !

Apparently the $18,000.000 that Jack Roush wants to assist Villeneruve is a little deer for potential Sponsors.
It has been further stated that Villeneruve has been trying to secure a Ride in the CTS along with limited
Busch Series part time action for 2007 , to establish himself in the North American Series. Sounds like a
logical approach..when you can't find a "Daddy Warbucks" ta set ya up..Eh !

P.S. He probably should have spent some money on a wig and approached Ray Everham..may have had a
Deal there...Eh !

I agree with ya on that Tyyrus.

I think Villenuvues problem is that he is pretty much washed up when it comes to F-1. It's not very often that you see a winless driver hang around with the same team as long as he has. I honestly thought he would have been fired a long time ago. Don't get me wrong I like the guy I just think it is his time to hang up the ol helmet. It's the same with the cup drivers because some of them stay around until people get sick of seeing them embarass themselves because they qualify and finish LAST. I am and always will be a Rusty Wallace fan. I didn't want to see him retire but I'm glad he did when he did. I didn't want to see him doing the Darrell Waltrip thing and have to take a champions provisional just to start every race. I am glad they put a cap on that.

I agree with ya on that Tyyrus.

Your correct on that Flammer , F1 is a very competitive series..I think Villenervue on the right team with time could be
competitive..but time is running out on his opportunity. Hell he could always go back to Racing Snowmobiles , Dick Trickle
did it for years , and was quite competitive..I raced against Dick back in the 70's when he raced against Jaque's..Dad !
