Hello folks, just wanted to say hi and look forward to the new season getting stated with you fine folks. Hope you don't mind an old geezer of a race fan joining in. Got hooked back in the early 70's at Darlington. Loved that #12 coke machine with Bobby Allison at the wheel. Look forward to a good time talking racing and some junk thrown in, catch ya'll later

I also want to say hello as another old guy fan, looking to get his NASCAR mojo back.I can go back to seeing Richard Petty racing in a USAC stock car race at Pocono in the middle 70's, years before NASCAR came to the mountains.. Dropped a lot of coin on the sport in the 80's&90's from Pocono to Indy to Daytona, then lost some interest in the new millenium. Now with a lot of new changes happening I think i'll give it another go.

First of all WELCOME to The Frontstretch Brian623. I think alot of people lost interest in the New Miienium especially if you were a fan of the Intimidator. Like I have told everyone on here, My brother hasn't watched ONE race since Dale's accident in 2001. I hope you enjoy reading and posting as much as we do. Like Ty said, Their alot of good people here.

Somehow we always seem to "digress" off the topic - I think that's why I like it here!!
Anyway, welcome Fast and Brian. I'm sort of a newbie to NASCAR so the knowledge of the "Old Timers" is much appreciated. Welcome to FS and I hope you find it interesting and fun.
