Yeah I'm gonna penalize myself 25 points MOSTLY because I INTENDED to pick and was just STUPID and didn't.
Of course we want more folks to join in...
Someone suggest what would be a "FAIR" starting point for those that start as the game progresses. an X point per week penalty... a "flat" penalty (say start at -25 no matter how many weeks you miss) or some other thing.
I think there needs to be SOME kinda penalty... as you saw the first week MOST of the people had negative scores..
What do you all thing.

ALSO<... I was thinking about having either two or three segment in the first 26 weeks.  That way we could start over and maybe give an opportunity for folks to jump in... or would you rather just keep score all year for 36 weeks.
I kinda thought maybe we might start over the last 10 weeks and have a "chase" reset everyones scores to "zero" and give everyone that has won a weekly game a two point bonus.  (kinda follows the NASCAR series)
Maybe thats all to wigger out.
Throw out your ideas while we got a week off to yak about if.
I know everyone loved this game last year,.. so I don't want to get too far out of line and kill it.
