I haven't seen many, but the most recent best one I saw was "The Game Plan" with The Rock.

The only one I can think of off the top of my head is Mystery, Alaska.  That was pretty good.

Gotta go with Talladega Nights here.  Not usually a fan of Will Farrell movies, but gotta say that's one of my favorites.
