Well I think everyone knows that I do not like Jeff one bit but I still respect the heck out of him. And I'll admit I don't really have a good reason for not liking him, he just wasen't the driver for me. And some of his fans make it even harder for me to like him. If you go on thatsracin.com you know what I mean.
Yeh , I've seen some of your fire fights there lol ! Keep the faith their not all like that..we have some intelligent ones here on the forum..Eh !

Well smyler, I wanted to ask you if the picture below is how he settles thing's in PRIVATE?
?
P.S. Could you reply ASAP so I can get him OFF my page PLEASE. I would HATE for my Computer to CRASH LMAO.
EVERYONE gets angry when someone has something stolen from them. That race was stolen from him. After the race, Matt came in to Jeff's space. Jeff didn't go looking for Matt. If Matt had just kept his distance they would have spoken on the phone the next day. I thought the whole thing was a non issue. It actually made me proud to be a fan.
NASCAR also thought it was a non issue.
I would not have issues with anyone protecting them self in their own pit if someone else came at them in an aggressive manner... including Tony.

Hey Smyler. I am a JG fan, but I have to admit, I thought Kenseth came over to apologize, and Jeffrey "went Stewart" on 'em.
If that's what Matt had in mind--and I think it was--I can't fault him for wanting to accept responsibility and say "I'm sorry."
And it was kinda fun to see Jeff blow off a little steam, but I wouldn't want to see him get in that habit.

Yes, Falcon, you said it better than I. I agree. If it was a habit I would be lesser in my support.

I have to ask, if you don't like how Jeff bumped Rusty in Bristol, was it ok for Dale to do the same thing to Terry? Dale did it to LOTS of people, but unlike Jeff, Dale would frequently crash his victims. I'm not saying that to dis Dale, it's just a point of fact.
Absolutley not. As awesome of a racecar driver as Dale Earnhardt was, and everything he accomplished, to me his legacy of running into people will always be a sort of a stigma. A lot of people, including his fans just shrug their shoulders and laugh, as that was part of his persona. That kind of stuff might fly at your local dirt track, but at the highest echelon of autoracing, especially today, I am not down with. And let's be honest. Earnhardt wouldn't just bump someone in the early days......he'd just flat out turn them into the fence. Ask Darrell Waltrip about getting "rubbed" at Richmond in 1986. Or Terry in 1984 at Bristol.
Or 1995 at Bristol.
Or 1999 at Bristol.

Please re-read my post. I was not bad-mouthing him, I was just pointing out he had a history of turning people around. There are some that say he "wrecked his way to championships." I wholeheartedly disagree. It probably only accounted for a couple of extra wins, and it wasn't like any of his championship margins were helped by that sort of thing. I was just trying to make the point that to some fans, that carries some weight, undeserving or not. His nickname was "The Intimidator" after all, and it didn't all have to do with a black Monte Carlo/Lumina.
Sidenote-
I met Dale Earnhardt at Berger Chevrolet when I was 12 years old. I was actually a little nervous meeting him. I was in line, shuffling along, and picked up a photo and started to walk away. He yelled out, "Hey Buddy! Come awn over here!" He stopped me, shook my hand, and thanked me for coming out and waiting in line so long for an autograph. He also nearly missed the final practice at Michigan that day, because he said he would not leave until every fan who was in line got an autograph.
I met him again in 1993 with my dad, and he brought a photo of a large 8pt buck he shot that winter to show him. Dale took it out of his hand, looked at it, and talked to him about hunting for a few minutes.
Out of all of the drivers I have ever met in person, Dale Earnhardt was probably the most interested and happy to meet his fans in person.

Boo! Buddy!
There was a REASON they called the boy "Ironhead" and "The Intimidator." He would wreck his sainted mother to win a go-cart race.

Rusty didn't nudge Jeff out of the way for a win. Rusty wrecked Jeff in retaliation.
I can see how a Tony Stewart fan would not want NA$CAR to start policing on-track temper tantrums. That boy would be missin’ more races than Mikey.
That's EXACTLY what Rusty did because that's what Jeffy Pooh DESERVED, IMO of course LMAO.

This is the kind of stuff that get's me. I'm not sure what race it was when he STOLE the race from M.Kenseth with his famous, I can't win by racing you so I will do the Bump and Run on you. Look at how many races Jeffy Pooh has STOLEN from other drivers but you don't see them putting there hand's on ANYONE else. As for matt coming into Jeffys space, They were on pit road and it's not like he went into his Hauler.

Again, I don't whine if Jeff is bumped and someone goes around him. What I didn't like was Matt spinning him out in the corner. I would not like it if I saw Jeff doing that. I don't like it when I see anyone doing that. Bumping is cool. Wrecking someone is not. Blocking is a strategy that a lot of guys use and they know that when they do that it is possible that the guy behind them may give them a tap to unsettle them.
Like I said before, I have several guys I pull for, so if Jeff isn't in the front pack, I usually always have someone else near there that I'd like to see win. My reference to Jeff being tossed in that race had nothing to do with him being my favorite and Matt being one of the guys I am neutral about. It was the sportsmanship of the thing. It's all history now. I'm sure these guys look back at it and laugh.
By the way, why is it necessary to call names like Jeffy Poo? I'm not asking this as an insult (although calling names like that is one). I know that writing insults is sometimes meant by the writer to get others upset. I try and not let it work that way in me, but sometimes I have to admit that it wears down on me. My faith in the goodness of humanity is sorely tested. I am not going to stop coming here as I thought about doing 2 X before because that would be letting insulters win. I was just wondering if you make insults like that to people you know in real life and/or how you would feel if someone insulted you that way?

Well I will get to the INSULT thing in a second but first I wanted to bring something to your ATTENTION if ya don't mind. Here is a quote from your last post.
Quote
[ It's all history now. I'm sure these guys look back at it and laugh/quote]
This is EXACTLY how I feel when a few people on here bring up EVERYTHING that Stewart has done in the past except for his win's or anything good. IT IS HISTORY PERIOD.......
Quote
By the way, why is it necessary to call names like Jeffy Poo?
Why is it necessary for falcon to call Stewart Fat Tony or BIG Fat Orange Pumpkin? Evidently you think THAT'S OK because I have NEVER seen you ask him this question or is it because it's Stewart that's being INSULTED so that makes it OK since you DON'T like him? I'm starting to see how thing's work now. You don't MIND ALL of the Stewart jokes and INSULTS but when someone say's something about JEFFY POOH they are Testing your FAITH and GOODNESS, Right? Ya know at first I thought I would just give you an answer and go on but it actually kinda TICKS me off that you would EVEN ask me if I INSULT people I know or if I would mind if someone did it to me. I don't know what kind of PERSON you think I am but you have me all WRONG smyler. IMO your taking this STUFF WAAAAAAY to PERSONAL especially if you have thought about leaving twice because of having a little fun. If you think I AM that bad then ask TY about thatsracing.com and he will tell ya that I am an ANGEL compared to some of those guy's. I'll be perfectly HONEST with ya, I haven't been back there because they CHEWED me up and SPIT me out and I can argue with the best of em but not them, OH NO. As for taking thing's Personal, I AM taking this Personal for the simple fact that you are POINTING me out when I know you have seen people on here call Stewart names BUT you CALL ME out. Honestly I DO NOT appreciate you making it sound like I am this HORRIBLE person by saying that I have Sorely Tested your Faith in the Goodness of Humanity. I mean the more I read and type the more PO'D I get. Finally I would like to answer your question about me making INSULTS to people I know. I'm a decent person that likes to have a little fun by MESSING with falcon but then YOU Throw me Under the BUS and make me out to be the BAD GUY of the FRONTSTRETCH that will Test your Faith and Goodness of Humanity. This is the kind of thing that makes me wanna stop coming here but ya know what? I know as well as MOST people on here know that I am SIMPLY having F.U.N. and if that means that falcon and I want to go back and fourth then THAT"S what I'M gonna do, Have F.U.N. I thought about apologizing but why should because I HAVE NOT Insulted anyone on here Personaly and if the person was here that I am insulting and they didn't like it then I MIGHT but there NOT so I WON'T. In closing I would like to say that I hope you don't leave because of something I said about JEFF GORDON or ANYONE for that matter because that just wouldn't make sense, I have NEVER said or DONE anything to YOU PERSONALY. One last thing, Maybe you should stop being Blind to the thing's that are said about Stewart because I think you just might be AMAZED at what you see.
Yeah I know I messed up. Everything I wrote is in white.

Smyler..Bro...You have to get off your Religious Soap Box..Dude ! Really this is a Nascar Racing Forum...quit with the Waving of the Red White and Blue or the Southern Cross.....while your at it for crying out loud ! Sorry but Enough is enough ! Flammer one of the most Polite and Thoughtful Posters we have here..is Insulting ? Your taking this a little to Serious Bro ! I think you had better take some time off and speak with your wife further on wether you really should be
getting so upset by such little things. We all have our favorites and Falcon and Flammer enjoy their innocent little jabs..no harm no foul ! You submit some very interesting / informative material , but take things out of context. I'am sorry if I upset you with some of my previous posts...I never meant anything personal about you or Jeff aka Gordo not insulting..just my Pet name for Jeff ! So take it easy on Flammer or anyone else here that throws out a one liner once in a while...Ok..Bro ! Thanks...Have a Good Day and Try to Relax !
